Eine Besonderheit des gestrigen Tages: es hat geregnet. Eine Besonderheit der Stadt: Die Autos parken am Gehsteig. Rollstuhlfahrer, Kinderwägen und übergewichtige Menschen - sorry, keine Chance hier. Man schlängelt sich um weiterzukommen zwischen Gehsteigkante und Verkehr durch die Blocks. Gelegentlich watet man knöcheltief durch die Wasserlachen die in den unebenen Straßen zurückbleiben. Ausnahme: wenn man sich mit den Zehenspitzen auf die Randsteinkante stellt um den vorbeirasenden Autos Platz zum Durchfahren der großen Wasserflächen zu machen.
Daniel Balit, der italienische Kurator, mit dem ich hier zusammen wohne hat das gestern ausprobiert. Er sah danach so aus:
